Why because whilst I can see that they might disperse some heat or emit a different kind of radiation signal that might offer a short term feeling of well being but scientifically they cannot possibly offer protection from the high frequency microwaves coming from the antenna much less the near field EMF’s from the phone itself.
Simply put you either need to distance yourself from your phone or put some form of significant scientifically proven mobile radiation shield between you and it.
